Black Independence Vote
Referendum
A vote to save the Black community!
If you simply opened up a dictionary and looked up the word ‘referendum’ you will find:
- A direct vote by the electorate on a proposal, law, or political issue.
- A vote in which a population exercises the right of national self-determination.
Some people often use the term interchangeably with the word ‘plebiscite’. This page is a referendum organized for Afrodescendants (international law term for Blacks or African Americans descended from slavery) in the United States to make a choice. The choices are to take independent political control over the territory (individual streets to whole cities) we live upon utilizing the right of Self-Determination or to remain under the current political system forced upon us since colonial domination and slavery. This online vote is hosted by Human Rights Policy Officers and being monitored by the Eurasian Observatory for Democracy and Elections (EODE). This ‘database’ of voters becomes the ‘POWERBASE’ that lawfully justifies a unilateral declaration of independence and any actions needed to enjoy this right that the people have voted to assert.
If we choose independence then we now control the areas where we live including the assets thereupon and cannot only just release the wrongly convicted and disband corrupt police forces but can leverage city assets and give everyone monetary reparations along with free home ownership. If we don’t choose independence then things remain as they are. The choice is yours!
The Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and Co-operation among States in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations states: “The establishment of a sovereign and independent State, the free association or integration with an independent State or the emergence into any other political status freely determined by a people constitute modes of implementing the right of self-determination by that people.“
Such statements found throughout global agreements inform us that Afrodescendants can lawfully create an independent state where we live regardless of the area size.
The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights reads: “All peoples have the right of self-determination. By virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social, and cultural development”. Thus peoples can declare independence from an existing political system and its leadership especially if such system is in violation of that people’s human rights and poses a danger. Assertion of this right is especially encouraged to peoples such as Afrodescendants and indigenous people who have been forcibly deprived of self-government who were enjoying sovereign rights prior to being conquered and enslaved.
The International Court of Justice has passed a judgement that people or their representatives can unilaterally declare independence and take control without the permission of their current ruling officials. This vote is to show that Afrodescendants are in agreement with declaring independence and it empowers any civilian or military force to stand on behalf of Afrodescendants to make sure this human right is respected.
VOTE
Under Article 1 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, I choose to assert my right of self-determination as an Afrodescendant person and vote that my community become independent of current federal, state and local governments. I consent to Human Rights Policy Officers’ humanitarian intervention to execute new reparations and social-economic policies such as free housing.
