Self-Determination in Detroit
This gives the people of Detroit free home ownership of city properties and $100,000 each in monetary reparations via leveraged city assets.

Political authority is all a numbers game. Please create a better living for the people of Detroit by SIGNING this declaration which will benefit the people in many ways.
The law states that if Black people in America (officially termed Afrodescendants in international law) have any grievances about their treatment from government, they can take political control over where they live and grant themselves justice how they see fit. This is called the "Right of Self-Determination" and has served as the primary prescription for oppressed people throughout history.
In Detroit, Human Rights Policy Officers are assisting residents in asserting the right of Self-Determination by declaring independence and taking control over city assets among other things. Via the Detroit Free Housing Authority created with this assertion, the hundreds of thousands of empty properties in the city are being given for free to those who apply. City assets (over $600 billion in real estate alone) will be leveraged and each adult resident given a $100,000 stimulus check as part of the reparations package.
Since "people are the power" and the number of participants matter, corrupt government is trying to dissuade you from participating by any means. Please show that you support this action that is the only GUARANTEED beneficial political option that Black people have. Even the Detroit city charter states: "1. Detroit City government is a service institution that recognizes its subordination to the people of Detroit." That means that government officials are UNDER THE ORDERS OF THE PEOPLE, The people only have to unite and GIVE ORDERS! This is your opportunity!

DECLARATION TO THE WORLD
WE, the undersigned people Declare our Independence in agreement with the following Declaration Of Independence made on July 4, 2021:
"Today we the people, in particular us who may be considered Afrodescendant and indigenous, stand here to assert our human right of self-determination. Asserting such right is the only guaranteed way to end our social-economic humanitarian crisis because now we control the political decisions that can immediately change our condition for the better. We determine that the many empty properties in this city will be utilized to provide free housing ownership for all, we determine that city assets shall be leveraged to give ourselves reparations, we determine a new dispensation in which the wrongs of the past are corrected with new policies. We withdraw our consent to this system that has reduced us to mere colonized people who others feed off of. We declare our independence on the day that the founding fathers also decided that it was the only way to solve the unjust treatment that was upon their people. Like them we move away from the empty rhetoric and actions that net no results.
Because of the human rights abuse seemingly inherent in this system under its authorities, which has us in a crisis, we intervene on our own behalf and change this situation now with our own hands. Current political leadership of this city does not represent the will of the people but instead seeks to suppress our will as they did when thousands began to gather here 3 years ago (July 4, 2018) to express our political will. They knew that we were using the power of assembly not to ask of them but to crush their selfish interest by giving authority and prosperity directly to the people. Their unlawful acts of suppression, now justify immediate dismissal and immediate direct action by the people of Detroit assisted by Human rights policy officers.
We have established a temporary council to implement new policies such as allocating properties to the people of the city. The current officials, representing our old condition, are dismissed as we step into a new condition. Change is now as self-determination begins at this moment."
